Windows users have to add php_gettext.dll to their extensions directory, and enable it in their php.ini file.

Para incluir soporte para GNU gettext en su instalación de PHP, debe agregar la opción --with-gettext[=DIR] donde DIR es el directorio de instalación de gettext, por omisión /usr/local.
